I am Dr. Sanghmitra Gudge, a consultant dermatologist with over 15 years of experience helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin.My approach combines advanced medical science with personalized care. I specialize in diagnosing complex skin conditions, clinical dermatology, and modern aesthetic treatments.
My Journey & Expertise
Before founding Skin Scan Clinic in Bhubaneswar, I spent over a decade training and working at some of India’s most prestigious medical institutions. This diverse background allows me to bring world-class dermatological care directly to our local community.
- Rigorous Training: Completed my specialized PG Residency in Dermatology from Dr. S.N. Medical College, Jodhpur (2011–2014) after earning my MBBS from MGM Medical College, Indore in 2010.
- Top-Tier Clinical Experience: Served as a Senior Resident at AIIMS, Jodhpur, and worked as a Consultant Dermatologist at both Jagannath Hospital and ESI Hospital in Bhubaneswar.
- Academic Leadership: Contributed to shaping the next generation of doctors as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Index Medical College, Indore.
- Academic Excellence: Awarded Gold Medalist of her batch for outstanding academic achievements in MBBS and also awarded the best PG student of dermatology department in Dr. S.N Medical College, Jodhpur.
- Internship: Completed Internship from Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital, Indore.
- Continuous Innovation: Regularly updates clinical protocols with advanced dermatological treatments.

- Won the State Level Quiz Of IADVL GSK National Quiz program for post graduate in Cuticon Rajasthan 2013.
- Runners up In Finals of the National Level Dermatology Iadvl GSK Quiz, Conducted at Dermacon 2014, New Delhi.
- Incidence of Cutaneous manifestation in newborn within 72 hours of life in western Rajasthan presented in cuticon Rajasthan 2013.
- A rare case report presentation on Ectodermal Hypohidrotic Dysplasia in international congress of dermatology 2013.
- Presented “Topical Cosmeceuticals in Skin Anti-Ageing Treatment & Skin Rejuvenation” as a panel speaker in Scientific Conclave On Skin Ageing & Rejuvenation 2025.
- Panelist in Cution Odisha 2024 for discussion over how to manage severe and difficult acne cases.
